Hi, I'm Cyd Ponce.

For more than a decade, I've had the privilege of working alongside children and families in educational and developmental settings. Along the way, one thing has become increasingly clear to me: every child has a unique way of experiencing the world, and every child deserves to be understood with curiosity, compassion, and care.

Inquiry & Integration grew from that belief.

When parents reach out, they're often carrying questions about their child. My role isn't to rush toward answers or conclusions. Instead, I help families slow down, observe with intention, and build a current picture of who their child is, how they experience the world, and what may best support their continued development.

Through developmental observation, movement, meaningful conversation, and individualized assessment, we explore the whole child—not just isolated skills or challenges. Together, we identify practical ways to support learning, regulation, confidence, and everyday life at home and at school.

My hope is that every family leaves with greater understanding, greater clarity, and a deeper appreciation for their child's unique developmental journey.
